1998-2008
- 1998 Formed under partner company – AMCAT - to provide voice solutions for contact centers.
- 2000 Formed sister company in the UK: Chartreus Telecommunications.
- 2008 Became Qwest’s the third largest wholesale customer (by order volume).
2009-2019
- 2010 Installed first voice and IP core POP in Las Vegas, NV
- 2012 Became stand-alone company focusing on providing custom voice and data solutions
- 2016 Installed second voice and IP core POP in Dallas, TX
- 2019 Built and launched CallDirector
2020-Present
- 2020 Launched OmniCLOUD to interconnect with AWS, Azure, Google, and more.
- 2021 Quadrupled network footprint, allowing customers to provide essential services, unemployment services, medical supply services and much more during the pandemic.
- 2021 Became member of the Financial Fraud Consortium.
- 2022 Built and launched OmniPLUS UCaaS platform.
- 2023 Launched first two international POPs
