Outbound Voice Services
Our Outbound Voice Services provide high-quality long distance
over a Fiber Network and give business customers the option of
either switched or dedicated access. Long distance calls can be
terminated as either domestic or international.
Switched Access Services
Switched Access Services enable access customers - e.g.,
Interexchange Carriers (IXC) - to complete end-user requests for
domestic intrastate and interstate long distance calls.
Domestic Toll Free Origination
Domestic Toll Free Origination provides our business customers
with some of the best toll free number services available from
the continental United States, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Midway/Wake and U.S. Virgin Islands to a meet point with
the carrier in the continental U.S. All calls are billed based
upon originating LATA.
International Toll Free Services
International Toll Free Service (ITFS) and Universal
International Freephone Number (UIFN) allows business customers
to originate inbound toll free calls outside of the United
States and extended call coverage areas. Once an ITFS or UFIN
call connects to a domestic carrier network, it is directed to a
corresponding 8XX number and then terminated domestically. ITFS
calls can be originated from more than 20 international
locations, with each country utilizing its own international
individual toll free number.
With UIFN, customers in each participating country use a single
toll free number for call origination. Our ITFS and UIFN offer
both switched and dedicated access.
